Preparatory Level

The Preparatory Level at Police Public School focuses on strengthening the academic foundation while nurturing independent thinking, discipline, and confidence in students. This stage bridges the gap between early learning and advanced academic concepts, preparing students for higher classes with a well-rounded approach.

Daily Timings

A structured schedule helps students maintain discipline and balance academics with activities:

Monday to Friday
  • 9:10 a.m. – Call Bell
  • 9:15 a.m. – Assembly
  • 9:30 a.m. onwards – Academic periods
  • Short Break & Lunch Break included
  • 3:30 p.m. – Pack Up & Prayer
Weekends
  • Saturday – Half Day
  • Second Saturday – Holiday

Uniform Guidelines

Students must follow the prescribed uniform to maintain discipline and uniformity:

Regular Days (Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri)
  • Boys: Navy blue shorts, sky blue shirt, tie, belt, black shoes
  • Girls: Navy blue pinafore, sky blue shirt, tie, black shoes
Special Days
  • Wednesday: White shirt & shorts/skirt with white canvas shoes
  • Saturday: Track pants with house T-shirt

Assessment System

The evaluation system is designed to track progress and encourage continuous improvement:

  • Periodic Test 1 – July
  • Mid Term Exam – September
  • Periodic Test 2 – November
  • Preparatory Exam – February
  • Annual Exam – To be announced
